NASAA – Certified Organic Products

In keeping with our motto of more than 30 years, "Working in the interests of a better environment", Australian Native Landscapes new certified organic range of products is now available to horticulture and agriculture.

With the ever increasing importance and awareness of sustainability in urban and rural environments, this new product range offers the security and guarantee of NASAA certification and avoids and excludes the use of contaminating compounded materials such as fertilisers, pesticides, growth regulators and synthetic additives all of which have the potential for long term harm to consumers and to the environment .

Our range of Certified Organic inputs which we market under the Bio-Secure® label offers to the consumer/farmer involved in organic farming practices guarantees in respect of product quality and purity. The Bio-secure range offers product quality both for commercial crop production and for the Environmental Rehabilitation section of the landscape industry.

Growing Media

‘ Re-fill®’ Certified Organic Growing Media is essentially an ‘organic’ potting mix.

This formulation provides the key physical characteristics essential for healthy plant growth and development along with the slow release organically bound nutrients.

Custom blends can be manufactured based on our current formulation to maximise the growing conditions for the production of organic produce.

Garden Mix

‘Re-plant®’ Certified Garden Mix
This is a light, rich garden mix for use in re-mediated sites where certainty of product purity is essential. This product is also certified to the Australian Standard AS 4419 – Soils for Landscape and Garden Use.

Soil Conditioner

‘Re-build®’ Certified Organic Soil Conditioner
For soil to function efficiently as a plant support system, it must have a rich and active organic matter content. This in turn supplies an environment ripe for growth and support of beneficial microbes and fungi. Additional benefits come from the greater water holding, wettability and nutrient retention inherent in rich well composted humus. The obvious key difference between this and other organic matter is the lack of detectable chemicals or other residues potentially harmful to microbial populations and the general environment.

Our 'Re-build®' is a blend of components selected specifically with purity in mind. It is a composted product with heavy metal and residual concentrations so low that they are undetectable using today's state of the art analytical technologies. A product with levels so low in synthetics that the analyst even with the aid of the mass spectrometer can't see with any level of confidence that they exist in it so that you can be assured that when you use our product that neither your organic production practices nor the simple pure respect that you have for your environment will ever suffer compromise.

Mulch

‘Re-mulch®’ Certified Organic Mulch
This is a 100% recycled organic mulch. This is a composted mulch providing slow release organic nutrient.

‘Re-cover®’ Certified Organic Mulch
This is a source selected, blended and graded, uncomposted organic forest mulch, designed to suit the more decorative end of the market.
