History

Having previously seen first walking floor manufacturers in the US we imported the first walking floor trailer into Australia in 1979.

The following year, ANL established Matilda® Walking Floors Pty Ltd and began designing and manufacturing walking floor trailers for the Australian market.

The unique design of the walking floor system now renders the problems of conventional trailers as 'a thing of the past'.

The versatility of the Matilda® walking floor allows it to do any job without the high and tipping restrictions of other vehicles.

The Matilda® Liner

Matilda® Walking Floors offer the strongest, lightest and most durable smooth-sided walking floor trailer available.

The trailer's aluminium construction features our clip section panel, providing a smooth internal and external finish.

The Matilda Liner features aluminium construction including alloy top and lower rails, alloy wall posts and sides.

The Matilda® Liner features aluminium construction including alloy top and lower rails, alloy wall posts and sides. The strength and durability of these extruded aluminium sides is contained in the patented interlocking design which is pressure, impact and corrosion resistant. The smooth sided aluminium wall panel sections are finished with an industrial powder coat - a painting method far superior to conventional systems.
